What are the official PC requirements?
The official list has two tiers, and both were published for the Dichotomy Test on PC:
| Component | Minimum | Recommended |
|---|---|---|
| Operating system | Windows 10 22H2 or Windows 11 21H2 and above | Same baseline |
| CPU | Intel Core i7-8700 or AMD Ryzen 5 3600 | Core i7-12700 or Ryzen 7 5800X |
| GPU | GTX 1060 6GB or RX 580 8GB | RTX 3060 or RX 6600 XT |
| Memory | 12GB | 16GB |
| Storage | SSD with 65GB free, plus 25GB for extraction | Same rule |
The minimum graphics cards are the 6GB GTX 1060 and the 8GB RX 580, so the entry tier expects at least 6GB of video memory. The Windows instruction is a floor, not a suggestion: 22H2 is the oldest supported build on the Windows 10 side, and 21H2 on the Windows 11 side.
How much SSD space do you actually need?
Plan for about 90GB free, not 65GB. The official note asks for 65GB on an SSD and another 25GB for extraction during installation, so a machine with exactly 65GB free can fail halfway through unpacking. Both numbers are part of the same requirement, and the 25GB is working space rather than a second copy you keep.
The SSD requirement is explicit. A fast hard drive is not listed as acceptable, and open-world streaming in an Unreal Engine 5 build is the reason the wording is that direct. If you are clearing space, clear it before the download starts rather than during the install.
What do ray tracing and DLSS 4.5 require?
The PC feature set lists ray tracing and DLSS 4.5, and the game is built on Unreal Engine 5. What the official material does not publish is a frame-rate target, a resolution target per tier, or a benchmark table. Any fps chart you see for Silver Palace is therefore an estimate, not an official claim.
Read the recommended tier as the configuration the publisher expects to be comfortable, and the minimum tier as the configuration expected to run. Ray tracing is the feature most likely to separate those two experiences, because it is optional in the settings and costs performance on cards below the recommended range.
What about the PS5 version?
PS5 is a supported platform and the store listing marks it as PS5 Pro enhanced. The same listing states that online play is required, that one online player is supported, that DualSense vibration is used, and that in-game help is available. The Pro flag is the only performance claim attached to the console version.
Because the September technical test ran on Android, iOS and PC without PS5, the console build has had less public testing than the PC build. Treat console performance reports before launch as unverified, and check the store listing for the final feature set.
Are there official mobile requirements?
No. Mobile specifications have not been published, and numbers circulating online should not be trusted. The versions that spread through content sites range from very old phones to current flagships, contradict one another, and some mix in details from other games entirely.
The honest answer is that nobody outside the publisher knows the mobile floor yet. iOS and Android are both supported platforms, and the store listing will carry the requirement list when it is ready. This site will not publish a guessed chipset table, because a wrong number here costs someone a purchase.
Will Silver Palace run on a Steam Deck?
Unconfirmed. There is no announced Steam version — PC distribution is through the official client and Epic Games Store — and no handheld compatibility statement has been published. A device that runs other Unreal Engine 5 titles is not automatically a safe buy for this one.
If handheld play is your plan, wait for an official statement or a store page that lists the device. Running the Epic build through a compatibility layer may work, but that is community experimentation, not a supported configuration.
Will the launch build use the same specs?
Not guaranteed. The published list is CBT2 (Dichotomy Test, 23 July – 13 August 2026) data from the PC build, and a launch build can raise a requirement without warning. The pattern to watch is storage: content added between a test and launch usually grows the install, and the 65GB figure is the most likely number to move.
Everything else on this page — platform dates, the PS5 feature flags and the twelve-language launch — is tracked on the release date page. If you are deciding where to play, the cross-save rules matter as much as the hardware list, and new players can start with the beginner's guide.
Common questions
Can I run Silver Palace on a GTX 1060?
Yes, the 6GB GTX 1060 is the published minimum card. Expect the entry experience rather than the recommended one.
Is 12GB of RAM enough?
It is the minimum figure. 16GB is the recommended amount, and the difference matters most when the game streams the open city.
Do I need Windows 11?
No. Windows 10 22H2 is the minimum supported build, with Windows 11 21H2 as the equivalent floor on the newer side.
What are the phone requirements?
Unpublished. No official mobile specification exists, so any chipset list you see is guesswork.
